They got dirty while playing. They will get dirty again after their clothes are washed...boys would be boys. Do you think they care? Yes, they do. However, they cannot stop playing.

HAS YESHUA TAKEN AWAY WORLD’S SINS? (Part 2-Conclusion)

Bible Texts (Concordant Version of the Old Testament and Concordant Literal New Testament with keywords Concordance-CLNT: Romans 6:12

Text:

Romans 6:12

12 Let not Sin, then, be reigning in your mortal body, for you to be obeying its lusts.

Romans 8:11-16

11 Now if the spirit of Him Who rouses Jesus from among the dead is making its home in you, He Who rouses Christ Jesus from among the dead will also be vivifying your mortal bodies because of His spirit making its home in you.
12 Consequently, then, brethren, debtors are we, not to the flesh, to be living in accord with flesh,
13 for if you are living in accord with flesh, you are about to be dying. Yet if, in spirit, you are putting the practices of the body to death, you will be living.
14 For whoever are being led by God's spirit, these are sons of God.
15 For you did not get slavery's spirit to fear again, but you got the spirit of sonship, in which we are crying, "Abba, Father!"
16 The spirit itself is testifying together with our spirit that we are children of God.

Galatians 5:17

17 For the flesh is lusting against the spirit, yet the spirit against the flesh. Now these are opposing one another, lest you should be doing whatever you may want.

Have you ever wondered why people still sin despite the fact that Yeshua had come to die for sins all humanities? Why should we keep asking Yahweh for forgiveness of our sins every day? Has Yahweh never been tired of our continuous prayers for forgiveness of our sins? Why do people love to go extra length to make up for their sins? What I mean is fasting, praying, sowing seeds among other things. May be such a person is not “born again” like you may have been told in the places of worship.

In this week, I have some truths for you to hold dear to your heart on this issue

Ø  It is a religious mindset for people to do everything to atone for their sins. People love to make sure they go any length to make up for their sins to have feelings of doing the right things.

Ø  Some people believe it is a way to avoid Yahweh’s judgements and probably escape Yahweh’s punishments. This comes from the messages of horror of “hell fire” they hear from some bible preachers.

Ø  Some people may not realize it but they do all these things to make sacrifice for their sins indirectly. This may include shedding of blood through purgatory or engaging in some activities as prescribed by their clerics.

While all these appear to be humanly good, what does it leave the horrible death of Yeshua on the crucifixion tree to become? Should people keep practicing alternative sacrifice to the blood Yeshua shed on crucifixion tree? Where has the faith of Yeshua gone? Why can’t people understand that the price had been paid in full for all our sins? Did the scriptures not say that the blood of Yeshua washes us from all our sins?

Ø  We have now been justified by the blood of Yeshua. More so, we shall be saved from indignation, through Him (See Romans 5:9). In other words, we are not only justified through the blood of Yeshua shed on the crucifixion tree but also delivered from the danger of the indignation of Yahweh in the time to come.

Ø  Through Yeshua, the world is reconciled to Yahweh (making peace through the blood of His cross). This is only done through Him (Yeshua), including those on the earth, under the earth and those in the heavens. Please, see Colossians 1:20.

So, how should we perceive sins?

It is very important for us to understand that:

Ø  In as much we are on earth, we will still continue to sin. Otherwise, we should not be sinning by now. This is why Galatians 5:17 tells us that flesh and spirit wage war at each other so that we may not be able to do what we may want.

Ø  It beats me to keep seeing many how people are being called to the altar to say sinner’s prayers while those who call them are not innocent either. It implies a kind of hypocritic display in places of worship.

Ø  A deep understanding of the price Yeshua paid for our sins would give us the grace to realize that we do not need to worry for our sins. While this is not a license to keep sinning, it is a realization that Yahweh is not angry with us because he has been reconciled to us through his son’s crucifixion on the tree.

Ø  We may not have the ability to come to the level of not committing sins (because of our flesh) but we can learn to live above it with the help of the Spirit of Yahweh.

Ø  Chastising yourself daily can only profit you a little. You need the Spirit of Yahweh to help you live a victorious life daily.

Ø  Show must continue. You learn from your mistakes, accept corrections and live better with the help of Yahweh. Get cleaned-up daily (Revelation 22:14 paraphrased). It does not guarantee you perfection but it helps you to live better. Understanding Romans 8:11-16 will keep you at rest.

In conclusion, this is how you know your flesh is sinful. The day you seem not to commit sin, you feel happy. The day you do, you feel bad. However, Yahweh who is also a Spirit is neither sad at your sins nor impressed with your sinless life. He only sees you through his son, Yeshua because your righteousness is like an ornamented cloak (Isaiah 64:6). You labor to atone for your sins is only killing your body but not actually changing you. You are who Yahweh has made you to be and Yahweh never makes mistakes. Only him can make you come to know him and the power of the resurrection of his dear son, Yeshua (Philippians 3:10).

I hope you have understood that religions are keeping you re-inventing the wheel while those who truly understand that Yeshua had died for the sins of the world justifies them from the guilt and weight of their sins. Remember that Satan likes to keep you guilty but the scriptures says you have been justified (Romans 5:1). Your sins have been taken away. Paid in full.
