32 For God locks up all together in stubbornness, that He should be merciful to all.
33 O, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How inscrutable are His judgments, and untraceable His ways!
34 For, who knew the mind of the Lord? or, who became His adviser?
35 or, who gives to Him first, and it will be repaid him?
36 seeing that out of Him and through Him and for Him is all: to Him be the glory for the eons! Amen!

Last week’s blog discussed the fact that Yahweh alone has freewill. Human’s wills are not free. Their wills are subject to Yahweh’s will because he runs the show. Many religious people find these facts to be unacceptable because of the lies they are told in places of worship.

This blog is established to share the truth based on the scriptures and not lies spawned from the truth in the scriptures. Religious people love to incorporate themselves into the picture of God’s plans. They love to have a share of duties in the work done by Yahweh. However, they do not realize that their contribution is not required. They are exhibiting self-righteousness which makes them feel good at whatever they find themselves doing in the name of the Lord.

Picture this in your mind: Imagine you are in the driver’s seat with your two-year-old daughter/son sitting on your lap. You put your child’s hands on the steering while you drive the vehicle. In the mind of the child, he/she is driving the vehicle but you the parent understand that this is not true. You are the one driving the vehicle.

If you understand the above simple analogy, you will understand the great understanding David and Paul. These two writers explained the sovereignty of Yahweh over his creations. Religious people may profess Yahweh’s sovereignty but most of them do not truly understand it. The Psalmist informed us that Yahweh created us fearfully and wonderfully. This is awesome! Before we were born, all that we shall be have been written in the scroll of Yahweh. Can you beat this?

Human body systems work miraculously. We have digestive system, respiratory system, skeletal system, nervous system, reproductive system among others. All work without needing machine to function. They all operate supernaturally. Have you ever wondered how your thoughts connect to your body whenever you want to run? What mechanical effect does your body have to move, jump and run? These are also miraculous. The hair on our heads grows miraculously. We speak and form words. We stand upright without needing support. If you erect a status that stands upright like you do; you would need to put a lot of weighs on the legs and feet of the status to ensure the body is able to stand properly on its feet. Please, ask status molders for more information. They are doing great work. Have you ever wondered why creations on the earth are so many and God knows them all. These are just a few to mention.  He owns this world and everything in it (Psalm 24:1).

This Yahweh tells the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). He does not have choice but calls the shot. Having a choice is what religious people perceive about Yahweh but this is their ignorance. Choice means when you select from the available alternatives. Humans can make choice but not Yahweh. If human’s choices do not match Yahweh’s will, the choice is frivolity.

Lack of this understanding makes people being locked into stubbornness. Yahweh knows that some people will be full of self-righteousness because it makes them feel great as they see themselves running the show in Yahweh’s plans for humanity. They love to be the middle-men/intermediaries between fellow humans and Yahweh. However, their understanding is incorrect. It is Yahweh who works things out according to the counsel of his will. He can use anyone as he pleases.

Does Yahweh forces people to do his biddings?

This is the perception most religious people have. As much as it may appear to be so, this is also incorrect. Nobody can resist the will of Yahweh (Romans 9:19). It means Yahweh does not force people to do his biddings. People's actions are in the plan of Yahweh for their lives whether they are aware of it or not. He told Jeremiah about his plan in Jeremiah chapter 1. So, Yahweh does not act on pulse. 

What about the 10 Commandments for the Israelites?

Ten Commandments were given to the Israelites to govern them. These people did not have a ruler or rules to follow. They were taken out of the land of Egypt. Ultimately the ten commandments were used to tell the world that by flesh, nobody can overcome (1 Samuel 2:9). You would notice that there was no perfection among Israelites despite the fact they were told to follow these commandments. Yahweh did this to inform the rest of the world that flesh cannot please him.

Why does Yahweh locks people up into stubbornness?

Yahweh does this to eventually have mercy on them. He would make people realize that they cannot please him with their 5 senses. No one is perfect. He would make them realize that he runs the show. However, many people still think they have freewill and they can choose to do whatever they want. In the white throne judgement, people will find out the truth about Yahweh that he is truly the potter while they are clay. Can clay talk back to the potter? Absolutely not. When people like Pharaoh, Nebuchadnezzar, Adolph Hitler, Kenneth Hagen, Oral Robert, Robert Mugabe, George Washington, H. Mubarak, S. Hussain, M. Gorbachev, O. Awolowo, Helen White and the rest of the people who have not realized the truth of the salvation through Christ Yeshua come to realize the truth, they will learn righteousness (Isaiah 26:9).

Yahweh will eventually have mercy on them after these people are released from the second death. Oh yes, they will not rot, cry and burn in the lake of fire like you may have been told. Lake of fire is the second death (Revelation 20:14). Death is the absence of life (Ecclesiastes 9:5). Paul let us know that death will eventually be abolished (1 Corinthians 15:26). When death is abolished, people in the lake of fire will come back to life. Nothing shall separate us from the love of God in Christ Yeshua (Romans 8:35-39). Yahweh will eventually become all in all (1 Corinthians 15:28).

So, while the 2-year-old child is excited at the moving vehicle, he/she might have concluded that he/she was the one who drove the vehicle. You the parents know the truth that you are the real driver, not your excited little child. If you tell them, they may not understand you because their hands were also on the steering not knowing that you moved vehicle.

 So, whenever you see yourself achieving something, remember that it is the spirit of Yahweh working through you. You are not the main actor. You are just the tool. He is the performer. Please, change your perspective about Yahweh. You are not his partner. You are not the junior partner while he is the senior partner. The book written by one of the famous bible preachers in Africa is absolutely incorrect. God does not have partner. He runs the show. We are his tools. He made some clay unto honor and some to dishonor. All are from the same clay (Romans 9:20-21). It means he makes the good and the bad people. He does this to fulfill the counsel of his will. No one is Yahweh’s adviser. You cannot tell him what he should do. Please, get religion’s lies out of your mind. Yahweh is not your buddy or your partner. You are not in the same league.

I understand this is not the way you may have heard it from many religious places. They may say it but do not mean it. Anyway, this truth cannot be swept under the carpet any longer for you that this truth is meant for. As members of the body of Christ, we live in relative sense just the rest humans (5 senses) but, we believe in absolute sense of God (beyond the realm of human senses). The scriptures mentioned above say so. The understanding of this truth gives us peace of mind that God is in control of our lives. He is the captain of our ship.
