No Condemnation (Part 4)

Texts (Concordant Version of the Old Testament and Concordant Literal New
Testament with keywords Concordance (Romans 8:1-4)
Hello, my dear blog readers. I hope you have been blessed with the previous two lessons discussed on this interesting topic. Last week blog laid more emphasis that laws failed its objectives. Laws could not eradicate sin. It only encourages sin to thrive. This is rather sad.
I hope to focus on rank #2 from Romans chapter 8:1-4 this week. Please, remember that rank#1 was discussed in details. If you have not read it, please go and do so for you to connect the dots.
"He condemns sin in the flesh, that just requirement of the law may be fulfilled in us who are not walking in accord with flesh, but in accord with spirit". This is ranked as #2.
Despite all woes sins have caused in the world society, someone finally came into this world to put sin to where it belongs. His name was Yeshua. John 1:29 tells us that Yeshua was the Lambkin that came to take away the sins of his people and the world at large.
What a mission impossible...
It is a big deal that Yeshua came to carry out mission impossible. He did not come with his glory to face off with sin. That might be too much easy for him. He came in our sinful flesh to face off with it. That was a mission impossible. Philippians 2:6-8 explained that Yeshua made himself a nobody by taking a servant nature. He left his glory which he had with his father in Heaven. He humbled himself to the point of his crucifixion. He was obedient to his father's will throughout his life. This enabled him to defeat Satan in Matthew chapter 4:1-11. He paid for the sins of the world in full on the crucifixion tree.
John 19:30 means that the mission of Christ has been accomplished. Yeshua is also a spirit just like his father, but he came in flesh to confront and defeat sin. This implies that Yeshua walked in spirit and disguised in flesh to defeat sin. If Satan had known that it was Yeshua, he would not have tempted him. Yahweh blindfolded Satan to see Yeshua just like every other human until he fell into Yeshua's trap. Satan had never been defeated before. Satan uses sin to pin human beings down but for the first time ever, he was defeated. The weapon Satan uses is sin. Both of them were utterly defeated. Praise Yah!
So now, you can see that no flesh can defeat sin. If you understand that it takes walking in the Spirit to defeat sin, you have no condemnation. In all you might be going through, I am happy to inform you that you are more than victor through Yeshua that loves you (Romans 8:37). Satan is the victor as he uses sin to defeat humanity. However, you are more than him now because Yeshua has made you defeated the undefeated Prince of this world!
Blessed be to Yahweh who causes us to triumph in Christ Yeshua (2 Corinthians 2:14). It means this victory is a consistence experience. Not one day victory. His victory on the crucifixion tree has earned us a consistent victory over Satan and sin. You cannot win by your vigor/strength/wisdom or tactics (1 Samuel 2:9). Otherwise, you will always be disappointed. Remember, this has nothing to do with our efforts to be sinless but with the understanding that sin cannot lord over us anymore! This is what the good news is all about. Otherwise, you might be in a rat-race trying to do it by yourself and still get disappointed. You cannot win by your strength. Satan is older and wiser than you. Only his maker (Yahweh) and his son (Yeshua) are smarter than him. So, those who understand this walk not according to flesh but according to the Spirit of Yahweh.
I hope this week's blog made sense to you. I hope to go to the third rank next week.
Please, feel free to make your comment and please, be nice with them.
Grace and Peace of Yahweh are with you.
Shalom!
Father, I thank you for your smart move to defeat sin and Satan's tricks with your diving plan through your son, Yeshua. With this understanding, there is no condemnation for me. Amen!
